Dried Chiily / Flakes - 4 to 5
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Shallots - 3 to 4

1. Add water & salt to the fried rice powder and make it soft .
2. Steam it and make 'put'.
3. In a frying pan, splutter mustard seeds in oil. Add 3-4 shallots diced. Fry it.
4. Add chilly flakes & currry leaf..
5. Now add the 'put' & stir fry it for 2 mts.
