Refined flour - 250 gm
Custard Powder - 50 gm
Baking Powder - 1/3 tsp
Ghee/Butter - 150 gm
Powdered Sugar - 150 gm
Pineapple Essence - 1/4 tsp
Cashew, Tutty Fruity - 100 gm
Vanilla Essence - 2-3 drops
1. Mix Vanilla essence, sieved maida, custard powder, baking powder together.
2. Beat sugar and ghee in to a nice paste (beat for15-20 minutes).
3. Then mix it with the sugar and ghee paste.
4. Add cashew pieces and tutty fruity to the dough.
5. Mix it well, add some milk if needed, and make a fine dough.
6. Then cut it in to square shapes.
7. Keep the squares in to the baking pan and rub little milk and
decorate with cashew pieces on top.
8. Bake it at 250 degrees c, till golden brown.
